Gluten Free Flour Blend

Ingredients:

Almond Flour – 4 cups

Sweet Potato Flour – 2 cups (Potato Flour will do in a pinch, but sweet potato flour has more flavour and nutrients, if you can find it).

Tapioca Starch – 2 cups

Oat Flour – 2 cups

Chestnut Flour – 2 cups

Millet Flour – 2 cups

Buckwheat / Sarrasin flour – 2 cups

You will need a couple of 2 litre storage jars to store the flour blend mix.

Steps:

Combine flours in a very large mixing bowl, then use a ladle and wide jar funnel to slowly and carefully put the flour blend into storage jars. (This can be a messy job, so take it slow).
